CONVOCATION DETAILS

Spring Convocation Date and Time: June 11th to June 15th, 2024

Location: Student LIfe Centre, 200 University Avenue West, Waterloo, Ontario N2L 3G1

CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

1. The first will be from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

REGALIA PRICES

Black Gowns Only:

Online: $40.00
Onsite: $55.00

Gown and Hood (UWaterloo Graduands Only):

Online: $55.00
Onsite: $70.00

Ph.D Regalia (UWaterloo PhD Alumni Only):
(Includes Wool Gown, Hood, and Hat)

Online: $75.00
Onsite: $90.00

PICK-UP TIME AND LOCATION

Regalia can be picked up in SLC 2134/2135 60-90 minutes before your ceremony begins.

DROP-OFF TIME AND LOCATION

Regalia can be dropped off in the student robing room SLC 1208/1212, after the ceremony.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation request must be received before May 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
