Fall Convocation Date and Time: Friday, October 25 (10am, 2:30pm, 6:30pm) and Saturday, October 26 (10am, 2:30pm), 2024

Location: Student Life Centre, 200 University Avenue West, Waterloo, Ontario N2L 3G1

*Prices are in CAD. We accept Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for payment. Payment by credit/Visa debit card: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address (address line one and/or postal code).

Please have your credit card, student number, and ceremony time on hand before beginning your registration.

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

1. The first will be from Gaspard. This contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Regalia can be picked up in Student Life Centre 1208/1212 60-90 minutes before your ceremony begins. Please bring a form of ID so that we can verify your order.

Regalia can be dropped off back in the robing room, Student Life Centre 1208/1212, within an hour of your ceremony ending. Please remove any pins from your hood and gown prior to dropping off your hood and gown.

All cancellation request must be received before October 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Refunds will not be accepted after.
