Congratulations Graduates of 2018

Regalia Rental site will be open from March 1 at 10:30 am to April 29 at 6:30 pm (AST)

Ceremonies: Ceremonies will be held Saturday, May 12 at 10:00 am and 2:30 pm. Please click

Location: Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre, University of Prince Edward Island.

Please have your credit card, student number and ceremony time on hand before beginning your registration.

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. If you would like to make changes please call or e-mail us.

The first will be from Gaspard which will contain payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.
The second will be from Build A Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device along with your student ID card.

Online: $25.00 + tax

Onsite: $30.00 + tax

Gowns must be picked up Friday, May 11 from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm or Saturday, May 12 at 8:00 am in room 128B of the Sustainable Design Engineering Building.

Please return regalia to the same location no later than one and a half hours following each ceremony.

Regalia that is not returned by 6:00 will become the responsibility of the wearer. You will need to ship your regalia to the Gaspard warehouse located in Montreal. Regalia that is not returned to Gaspard will be considered sold and you will be charged the full purchase price.

All cancellations for refund must be received before April 29, 2018 6:30 pm (AST). Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
