CONVOCATION DETAILS

Convocation Time and Date: A ceremony will be held on October 18, 2024 at 2:30 PM

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete.

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.

REGALIA PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Please arrive at the 1st Floor of the RecPlex between 8- 8:15 AM. This is the “Robing Area” and is where you will pick up your procession card, academic dress, and where you will line up for the ceremony.


REGALIA RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please return regalia immediately following the ceremony.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation request must be received before September 30, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
