Convocation Details

Convocation Time and Date: A ceremony will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 1:00 PM

Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete.

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions

11:30 – 12:30 PM: When you arrive on the 2nd floor of the RecPlex, you will pick up your processional card and then your cap and gown. You will need the processional card to pick up your gown, line up, and when you're crossing the stage.


Regalia Return Instructions

Drop off the gown before 5:00 PM, in the same place as pick up – 2nd floor of the RecPlex after the ceremony.

Cancellations

All cancellation request must be received before Friday, October 3, 2025 at 11:59PM CST.
