| Convocation Time and Date: A ceremony will be held on October 13, 2023 at 2:30 PM |
Confirmation Details
| You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. |
| The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. |
Pick-up Instructions
|
1:00 – 1:45 PM, pick up your processional card and gown on the first floor of the University of Winnipeg Rec Plex, 350 Spence Street.
Graduates need your processional card to pick-up your cap and gown and to line-up in the graduation procession. |
Rental Regalia Return Instructions
| 4:00-4:30 PM, return your gown to Gaspard set up outside of Riddell Hall where the reception is held. Students who do not return their gown after graduation will be charged a rental fee. |
Cancellations
| All cancellation request must be received before Friday, September 29, 2023 at 11:59 PM (CST). |
