ENCAENIA DETAILS
UNB Fredericton campus will celebrate its 195th Encaenia ceremonies on Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16 in The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER.

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS
You will receive an email from Build-A-Grad when your reservation is complete.
When your order is complete you will receive an email from Build-A-Grad which contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number, and, if applicable, cancellation and refund information.
The academic regalia will arrive on site in your name.
REGALIA PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
Gowns, hoods and caps/tams will be available for pick up from the Alberta Alumni Recreation Centre, first floor, The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER, prior to your ceremony during the following times:
Ceremony A - Wednesday, May 15 between 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Ceremony B - Wednesday, May 15 between noon - 2:00 p.m.
Ceremony C - Thursday, May 16 between 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Ceremony D - Thursday, May 16 between noon - 2:00 p.m.
REGALIA DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS
Gowns and hoods must be returned immediately following the ceremony to the Alberta Alumni Recreation Centre, first floor, The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER. The Doctoral beefeater tam must be returned with rentals. The mortarboard cap and tassel are yours to keep. Regalia not returned will be charged to the renter.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
The regalia rental site closes on May 3, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. No cancellations are permitted after this date and no refunds will be given. Changes to rental orders may be made online through the Gaspard website prior to May 3.
