ORDERING DETAILS

Rental regalia WILL NOT be available on the day of the ceremony! Please reserve before May 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm (CST) to ensure you have a regalia for the ceremony.

Please have your 7 digit student number and credit/debit card ready before placing your order.

AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for credit/debit card customers. Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, or Discovery credit card are accepted.

Please use your 7 digit student number as shown on the image below.

RENTAL REGALIA PRICES

Regalia (Includes Bachelor's gown, cap & tassel): $27.25 + tax


ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two emails once your registration is complete.

The first will be from Gaspard which will contain payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.

The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This email confirmation will contain your ORDER NUMBER, which is proof that your order is complete and will contain all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, etc.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel please do so before May 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm (CST) by calling 1-866-949-5703 or sending us an email @ [email protected].

Any request for cancellations or refunds will not be accepted after May 31, 2024 at 11:59 pm (CST).

REGALIA PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

Please pick up your gown 90 minutes prior to your ceremony in Marshall McLuhan Hall, 204 University Centre.


REGALIA DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Please return your gown after the ceremony to Marshall McLuhan Hall, 204 University Centre. If you do not return your gown, you will be liable to pay the full value (plus taxes).
