RENTAL INSTRUCTIONS

PRICING DETAILS

Visa, MasterCard, Visa debit, prepaid credit cards are accepted for payment method.

Online: $31.00 (tax included, Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit accepted)

On site: $100.00 (tax included, Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit accepted)

(Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers)


ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation which contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation request must be received before May 10, 2024 at 11:59 pm Refunds will not be accepted after.

REGALIA PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Spring 2024 Convocation:

Graduands are to arrive one and a half hours before the ceremony to pick up regalia, parchment(s) and to line up for the procession. The graduand assembly area is in the University Hall Atrium.

For security reasons, do not bring purses, wallets, backpacks, laptops or any valuable items to the grad assembly area.

Regalia drop off will be at the Bookstore after the ceremony. Please follow signage outside the track & zip up your gown prior to returning it.
