Convocation Details

Fall 2025 Convocation is December 1-4, 2025

Students will be informed of which ceremony they should attend. Each Graduating student can bring up to two guests.

Email Order Confirmation

You will receive an email once your regalia registration is complete.

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions

Students must arrive 90 minutes before their ceremony to pick up their regalia. There will be signage to direct you to the regalia pick-up area inside the theatre.

Regalia Return Instructions

All students are required to return their regalia following their ceremony. Students will have 30 minutes to return it to the designated "drop off" area in the theatre, there will be signs indicating the location on site. If you are unable to locate it, please speak to a volunteer.

Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you may be charged for the regalia's purchase price.
