Regalia Prices - Online Fee
Bachelor, Master, and Diploma graduands: $52.00 (tax included)
Doctoral candidates: $54.00 (tax included)
Email Order Confirmation Details
You will receive two emails once your rental is complete.
The first will be from Gaspard, this contains
payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will
show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.
The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation
contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order
number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Cancellations
All cancellations for refund must be received before Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
Regalia Pick-Up Instructions
The regalia will be picked up at the Bookstore in the Students' Union Building (lower level) during the times indicated in the Pick-Up Dates and Times table found on the convocation website.

The regalia will be dropped off at the Bookstore in the Students' Union Building (lower level) during the times indicated in the Pick-Up Dates and Times table.

Please have your method of payment ready. Payment can be made by Credit Card or Visa Debit. For credit card transactions, Address Verification Security (AVS) requires that the correct billing address be provided.
Rental agreement:
Your rental items are assigned and scanned to you. Please return all regalia to the University Bookstore in the Students' Union Building (lower level) during the times indicated in the Pick-Up Dates and Times table found on the university convocation website to avoid an additional purchase fee.
