Congratulations to our Graduands!

Ordering Details

Pricing

Online regalia rentals are $55.00 + tax
In-person regalia rentals are $75.00 + tax

Regalia will include gown, hood, cap and tassel. Graduands can keep their cap and tassel after the ceremony.

Students graduating from a master’s degree program will receive their caps following the graduation ceremony at the regalia return station.

Please note it is mandatory for graduating students to order regalia through this Gaspard form.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and prepaid credit cards.

AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers.

Email Order Confirmation

You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete.

1. The first email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

2. The second email will be from Gaspard. This contains payment information.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your regalia.

Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location

Pickup instructions will be emailed to all graduands prior to the graduation ceremony.

Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location

Regalia must be returned within one hour after the ceremony has concluded.

Important Notice:

Gaspard has scanned your rental regalia to your student ID. All items must be returned to student holding within one hour after your graduation ceremony concludes. Any regalia returned late or not returned at all will result in a charge for the full purchase price.

Cancellations

All cancellations for refund must be received before Monday, October 6, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. Refunds will not be accepted after.
