Ordering Details

Please have the following information ready before placing your rental gown order:

• Your Student ID Number
• Credit card and credit card billing address.

Payment by Credit or Visa Debit Cards: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address (address line one and/or postal code) for Credit/Debit Card customers. Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard, or Discovery credit cards are accepted for payment.

Brockville: Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Cornwall: Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Kingston: Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Online Rental Gown Price: $35
Onsite (on the day of your ceremony) Rental Gown Price: $50

Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive two emails once your rental order is complete.

The first email is from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.

The second email is from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation containing details regarding your rental gown order and your convocation.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your gown.

Gown Pick-Up Instructions

Brockville

Location: St. Lawrence College, Gymnasium

2288 Parkdale Drive, Brockville ON

Pick up your gown on Friday June 5th, one hour prior to your ceremony in Room 215.



Cornwall

Location: Aultsville Theatre

2 St. Lawrence Drive, Cornwall ON

Pick up your gown on Friday June 12th, 90 minutes prior to your ceremony in the Shark Tank.



Kingston

Location: Slush Puppie Place

1 Tragically Hip Way, Kingston, ON

For graduates attending the Thursday June 18th, ceremony. please pick up your gown two hours prior to your ceremony in the gowning area. (Directional signage will be on site)

For graduates attending ceremonies on Friday June 19th, please pick up your gown two hours prior to your ceremony in the gowning area. (Directional signage will be on site)


Rental Gown Return Instructions

Brockville

Return your gown to room B105 on Friday June 5th, immediately following your ceremony in Room B105 (Boardroom).

Cornwall

Return your gown on Friday June 12th immediately following your ceremony in the Shark Tank.

Kingston

Return your gowns immediately following your ceremony.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received before
Brockville: Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Cornwall: Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM

Kingston: Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Refund requests will not be accepted after this date.
