Ordering Details

Please have your student ID number, height and weight ready for gown registration.

Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive an email from Build-A-Grad once your rental registration is complete. This email will contain detailed information about your gown order.

Please ensure you bring a digital copy of this form, which will be attached to your confirmation email, for gown pick-up.

Guest Tickets:

Each graduate is guaranteed two (2) guest tickets if ordered by Wednesday May 28, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Registration link for guest tickets will be provided on the confirmation email.

Gown Pick-Up Location:

Macdonald Hall, located in the Heritage Hall Building
Friday, June 20, 2025 - 60 minutes prior to your ceremony time.
     • You will need to be in your processional 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
     • Doors will close 10 minutes before the ceremony, and any graduands who are late will not be able to join their program.
     • This event does not permit walk-ins.


IMPORTANT:

Backpacks/ bags/ purses are not permitted in the auditorium; coat check will be available. Please leave your hand bags and cellphones with your guests.


Gown Drop-Off Time and Location:

Gowns, v-stoles, and/or hoods must be returned within 45 minutes after the conclusion of your ceremony to Macdonald Hall located in the Heritage Hall building.
