ORDERING DETAILS

Please have your student ID number, height and weight, and credit/debit card ready before placing your registration. Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, or Discovery credit card are accepted for payment.

Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires the correct billing address associated with the credit/debit card.

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once — if you would like to make changes please call us at 1-800-683-4771, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (MST) or email us at [email protected].

The first email will be from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.

The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation and includes detailed information about your gown order.

Please ensure you bring a digital copy of this form, which will be attached to your confirmation email, for gown pick-up.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations for refund must be received before SAIT. Refund requests will not be accepted after.


GUEST TICKETS:

Each graduand is guaranteed three (3) guest tickets if ordered by SAIT. You must go to Ticketmaster to reserve your three guest tickets (clickable link will be available in your confirmation email).

GOWN PICK-UP LOCATION:

Due to the high number of graduands this spring, all registered students will need to select timeslots to pick up their gowns. Gown pickup will be at the coat check in the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium on (TBD) . An email for time selection will be shared two weeks prior to the ceremonies.

     • To enter the auditorium with your program, you will need to be in your processional 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
     • Doors will close 10 minutes before the ceremony, and any graduands who are late will not be able to join their program.


IMPORTANT

Backpacks/ bags/ purses are not permitted in the auditorium; coat check will be available. Please leave your hand bags and cellphones with your guests.


GOWN DROP-OFF TIME AND LOCATION

Gowns, vee stoles and/or hoods must be returned to the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium designated area on the main floor within 45 minutes of the ceremony completion.
