Ordering details
Please have the last six digits of your student ID number, height, weight, and credit/debit card information ready to complete your registration. Visa, Visa Debit or MasterCard are accepted for payment.
No late registrations will be available on the day of the ceremony.
Pricing details
Regalia rental and ceremony ticket: $110 + tax

Email order confirmation details
You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete.
Please register only once. If you need to make changes after your order is received, please contact Gaspard by phone or email. Details below.
The first email will be from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.
The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation and includes a digital copy of this form and detailed information about your gown order.
Please bring your order confirmation when you pick up your gown.
Order cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before October, 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm MST to receive a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after this date.
Guest tickets:
You can reserve up to three guest tickets through Ticketmaster - you will receive a Ticketmaster link in your confirmation email.
Gown pick-up:
All registered students must select a time slot for gown pickup. Gown pickup will take place at Macdonald Hall located in the Heritage Hall building, SAIT main campus on November 15th, and 16th.
You will receive a link to register for a gown pick-up time slot in your confirmation email.
On the day of your ceremony, you must be gowned and lined up with your program at least 30 minutes before your ceremony begins
Note:
Backpacks are not permitted in the auditorium, but coat check is available. Please leave handbags and cellphones with your guests. Doors will close 10 minutes before the ceremony and you will not be able to enter the auditorium with your program if you are late.
Gown return:
Gowns, v-stoles and/or hoods must be returned to the designated area in the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium main floor lobby within 45 minutes of ceremony completion.

Please have the last six digits of your student ID number, height and weight for gown registration with your payment card (Visa debit, Visa or MasterCard and the billing address (address line one and/or postal code) associated with the card) ready before placing the order.
Next Steps: Once registered, your confirmation email will include important information, such as gown pickup timeslots and guest ticket reservation links.
Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you may be charged for the regalia's purchase price.
