Ordering Details

Please have your credit/debit card, credit/debit card's billing address (address line one and/or postal code), personal email address, and student number on hand before beginning your order registration.

Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard, or Discovery credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address.

Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to the College and you may be charged for the regalia's purchase price.

Entering Your Student ID Number:

Remove all zeros from the front of your student number. For example, if your Student ID Number is "000123", only enter "123" on the textbox. If your student number is still not found in our records, you may not be eligible for Fall 2025 Convocation. If this is the case, please email RRC Polytech at [email protected].

Regalia Prices

Online: $49.25 (taxes included)

If you absolutely cannot place an order online, please visit a Student Service Centre at Notre Dame Campus, D101 or Exchange District Campus, P104 or your Regional Campus main office to place an order.

Onsite: If you miss the rental deadline to order your cap and gown and would still like to attend, please arrive at the RBC Convention Centre an hour and a half before your ceremony. The cost is $70 (taxes included) – We accept Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for payment.

Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive two email order confirmation forms once your rental order is complete. Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device.

1. Will contain your Order Number and bank transaction information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The rental regalia will be onsite in your name.

2. Will contain Rental and Order Number. This is proof that your order is complete and paid in full. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick-up, drop-off, etc.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations for refund must be received before the deadline date to order a gown. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
