Please have your student Id number and your credit card (or Visa Debit Card) ready before placing an order.
Address Verification Security (AVS) requires correct billing address for credit card customers.
When entering your student ID do not enter the three zeros at the beginning
of the number.
Email Order Confirmation Details
You will receive two emails once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.
1. The first will be from Gaspard this contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.
2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received before May 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm (CST). Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions
Morning Ceremony: gowns available for pick up at 7:30am; graduands must arrive no later than 8:15am.
Afternoon Ceremony: gowns available for pick up at 7:30am; graduands must arrive no later than 12:45pm.

Regalia Drop-Off Instructions
Gowns and hoods must be returned to the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025.
Please ensure gowns zippers are done up when returning the gown at the gown return tables. Graduates that do not return their gowns and hoods will be charged a full purchase price.

Your name and hometown information will be published in the Convocation program guide and your gown size will be provided to a third party. The information will be protected in compliance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Alberta. The information will be retained in accordance with approved Records and Information Management guidelines, after which it will be destroyed in a secure manner. Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you will be charged for the regalia up to $800 depending on your degree.
