Ordering Details

Providing your own gown?

Even if you are providing your own gown, all mandatory fields must be completed in order to register your attendance. Please enter a height and weight and select “I will provide my own academic dress” for the regalia and package options.

Email Order Confirmation Details

A confirmation email will be sent to you containing the RENTAL and ORDER NUMBERS. This information is proof that your order is complete and the email also contains details regarding your rental, pick-up, drop-off, and other convocation information.

Cancellations and Rental Order Changes

Please contact us before May 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (MST) regarding all cancellations and attendance changes.

Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location

Gown pick up is at the Expo Centre. Please pick up your gown before the start of your first ceremony.
