Ordering Details

To start the regalia rental process, you will need the following.

      1. A credit card (AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers)

      2. Your student number - if your student number doesn’t match please try without the first 0.

      3. Your ceremony time.

Regalia Rental Prices

Registration Online: $60.00 (Tax included)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and prepaid credit cards

Email Order Confirmation Details

• Two email confirmations will be sent to you once your rental is complete. Please print BOTH emails or bring them on your mobile device to pick-up your regalia.

      1. The first email contains your ORDER NUMBER and bank transaction information. If you use a credit card other than your personal card, the payment will show the name of the cardholder. The regalia will be registered under your name on this site and at the NorQuest College pick-up location.

      2. The second email contains your RENTAL and ORDER ID. This is proof that your order is complete and paid in full. This confirmation email contains all the details regarding your rental, pick-up, drop-off, and other convocation information.

Cancellations and Refunds

Only cancellations received BEFORE May 8, 2025 at 11:59 pm (MST) will receive a refund. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Regalia Pick-Up Times and Location

Gown pick up is at the Edmonton campus - 10215 108 St - on Thursday, May 29 from 5:00-8:30pm or Friday, May 30 from 8:30am-4:30pm. Signs will be posted and room location will be on the NorQuest website.

If you are not able to pick up your gown at the times provided, you can have someone pick them up for you with written authorization (text, email, paper) and the Gaspard confirmation email.

Regalia Drop-Off Times and Location

Gowns must be returned one hour after your ceremony. If not returned, learners will incur an additional purchase fee.
