Ordering Details

To begin the registration and regalia rental process, you will need the following:

      1. A credit card - Visa Debit, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
      (AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers)

      2. Your student ID number - if your student ID number doesn’t match, please try without any zeros at the beginning of your id number.

      If you experience difficulties, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not send multiple emails.

Regalia Rental Prices

Registration Online: $60.00 (Tax included)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and prepaid credit cards

Email Order Confirmation Details

• Two email confirmations will be sent to you once your rental is complete. Please print BOTH emails or bring them on your mobile device to pick-up your regalia.

      1. The first email contains your ORDER NUMBER and bank transaction information. If you use a credit card other than your personal card, the payment will show the name of the cardholder. The regalia will be registered under your name on this site and at the NorQuest College pick-up location.

      2. The second email contains your RENTAL and ORDER ID. This is proof that your order is complete and paid in full. This confirmation email contains all the details regarding your rental, pick-up, drop-off, and other convocation information.

This email also provides you a link to obtain tickets to your ceremony for your guests. Please review this carefully and ensure the information is correct.

Cancellations and Refunds

Only cancellations received BEFORE May 8, 2026 at 11:59 pm (MST) will receive a refund. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Regalia Pick-Up Times and Location

Thursday, June 4th from 8:30am - 8:30pm or

Friday, June 5th from 8:30am-4:30pm

Edmonton campus - 10215 108 St - in the SCFL Atrium - just follow the signs!

If you are not able to pick up your gown at the times provided, you can have someone pick it up for you with your student ID number and your Gaspard's confirmation email.

Students collecting on behalf of another graduate are limited to one (1) additional pick-up.

Regalia Drop-Off Times and Location

All rental regalia must be returned at the Expo Centre within one hour of the conclusion of your ceremony. Unreturned items will be reported to NorQuest College and you will be charged for the regalia.
