Convocation Details

Fall 2025 Convocation ceremonies will take place on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

Ordering Details

Please have your credit card and student number on hand before beginning your regalia registration.

Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, and Discovery credit cards are accepted for payment method.
Address Verification Security (AVS) requires correct billing address for credit card customers.

Regalia Prices

ONLINE RENTAL PRICE (TAX INCLUDED): $55.00

ONSITE RENTAL PRICE (TAX INCLUDED): $70.00


Email Order Confirmation Details

Once your registration is complete, you will receive two emails as follows:

1. The first will be from Gaspard which contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be prepared with your name for pickup.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number, amount paid, cancellation and refund information.

To pick up your regalia, you will need to show a copy of the Build-a-Grad confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device).

Order Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be received before Monday, September 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Refunds will not be available after this date.

Regalia Pick-Up and Return Instructions

No online orders will be accepted after the deadline but for an additional fee you may be able to pick up a gown at the regalia pick up venue (limited quantities available).

Regalia must be returned after your ceremony at Place des Arts, backstage.
