Convocation Details

Convocation Time and Date: Please visit www.kpu.ca/convocation.

Ordering Details

Please have your student number and ceremony time on hand before beginning your registration.

You will receive an email from Build-A-Grad once your rental registration is complete. This email contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, and order number. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us.

There is no charge for regalia if you pre-order by the deadline - May 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Students who miss the pre-order deadline may order regalia from Gaspard on the day of the ceremony at a cost of $40.73. Gaspard accepts Visa Debit, Visa, and Mastercard for onsite orders.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received before May 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Regalia Pick-Up | Drop-Off Instructions and Location

Graduands bring picture ID. You will proceed to the marked gowning rooms in the Cedar Building in the Conference Centre (Room 1205 A/B) for gowning and sign in. Only graduands are permitted in the gowning room.

Upon arrival, you should immediately proceed to the gowning room to receive your graduation gown. Gowning rooms will be open 90 minutes before the ceremony, and all Graduands must be signed in and gowned 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. Early arrival is recommended to avoid delays. Please plan ahead for potential weather and traffic delays.

Return gowns to pickup location within 1 hour of completion of ceremony.
