For convocation information, please visit the Fanshawe College's website at www.fanshawec.ca/convocation.
Please have your payment card, billing address (address line one and/or postal code), and student ID number on hand before beginning your gown rental.
Entering your Student ID Number: Please enter your Student ID number without the leading zero/zeroes (if applicable).
Gown Sizing Information:
Gown sizes are based on height and weight to ensure a proper fit and prevent the gown
from dragging on the ground.
Online Pricing Details
Order early and save $30!
Pre-order Price: $35.00 (valid until May 26, 2025 at 11:59 pm)
Regular Price (after May 26, 2025 at 11:59 pm): $65.00
*Gowns are available on site the day of the ceremony at the regular cost.
Email Order Confirmation
You will receive two emails once you order your gown.
The first email you will receive will be from Gaspard and will contain payment information for your
order. If you ordered the gown with someone else’s credit card don’t worry! Your gown will be ready
for you under the graduate's name on the day of the ceremony.
The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the
necessary details regarding your gown order.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your gown.
Gown Pick-Up Instructions
London ceremony:
Step 1- Arrive 90 minutes before the start of your ceremony at Gate 4.
Step 2 - Check in with a convocation ambassador to receive your grad pass.
Step 3 - Pick up your gown.
Step 4 - Go to the graduate area and line up with your program.
St. Thomas ceremony:
Step 1- Arrive 60 minutes before the start of your ceremony at Gate 4.
Step 2 - Check in with a convocation ambassador to receive your grad pass.
Step 3 - Pick up your gown.
Step 4 - Go to the graduate area and line up with your program.
Gown Return Instructions
London ceremony:
Please ensure to drop your gown back off at Gate 4 within an hour after the ceremony ends to pick
up your credential. Unreturned gowns will incur additional fees and will be charged to your
payment card.
St. Thomas ceremony:
Please ensure to drop your gown back where it was picked up within an hour after the ceremony
ends to pick up your credential. Unreturned gowns will incur additional fees and will be charged
to your payment card.
All cancellations for gown rental refunds must be received before May 26, 2025 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
