What my gown will cost:
• Online order on May 28th or before is $35 (taxes included).
• At the door upon arrival on June 15th-18th is $65 (taxes included).
Gown sizing information:
Gown sizes are based on height and weight to ensure a proper fit and prevent the gown
from dragging on the ground.
Email order confirmation
You will receive two emails once you order your gown.
1. The first email you will receive will be from Gaspard. This will contain payment information for your order. On the day of the ceremony the gown will be ready under the graduates name regardless of who made the payment.
2. The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is an order confirmation and contains all necessary details regarding your gown order.

Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your gown.
Gown pick-up instructions
London campus ceremony:
Step 1- Arrive 90 minutes before the start of your ceremony at Gate 4.
Step 2 - Check in with a convocation ambassador to receive your grad pass.
Step 3 - Pick up your gown.
Step 4 - Go to the graduate area and line up with your program.
Gown return instructions
London campus ceremony:
Please ensure to drop your gown back off at Gate 5 within an hour after the ceremony ends to pick up your credential. Unreturned gowns will incur additional fees and will be charged
to your payment card.
All cancellations for gown rental refunds must be received before:
May 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Refunds will not be processed after this dates.

Please have your credit/debit card, credit/debit card's billing address (address line one and/or postal code), and student Id number on hand before beginning your registration.
Payment by credit/debit card: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for credit/debit card customers.
Unreturned gowns will incur additional fees and will be charged to your payment card.
