Gown Sizing Information:

Gown sizes are based on height and weight to ensure a proper fit and prevent the gown from dragging on the ground.

*Gowns are available on site the day of the ceremony at the regular cost.

Email Order Confirmation

You will receive two emails once you order your gown.

The first email you will receive will be from Gaspard and will contain payment information for your order. If you ordered the gown with someone else’s credit card don’t worry! Your gown will be ready for you under the graduate's name on the day of the ceremony.

The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your gown order.

Gown Pick-Up Instructions

London ceremony:

Step 1- Arrive 90 minutes before the start of your ceremony at Gate 4.

Step 2 - Check in with a convocation ambassador to receive your grad pass.

Step 3 - Pick up your gown.

Step 4 - Go to the graduate area and line up with your program.


Woodstock Campus and Simcoe Campus Ceremony:

Gown Return Instructions

London Campus Ceremony:

Please ensure to drop your gown back off at Gate 5 within an hour after the ceremony ends to pick up your credential. Unreturned gowns will incur additional fees and will be charged to your payment card.

Woodstock Campus and Simcoe Campus Ceremony:

Gowns to be returned to the gowning area 1 hour after the ceremony ends. Unreturned gowns will incur additional fees and will be charged to your payment card.
