PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR STUDENT ID IS NOT REQUIRED ON THE ORDER FORM.

After your order has been completed, Gaspard will email you an order confirmation – please bring this when you pick up your academic dress (print or have available on your phone).

Your order will be ready for pick up the day before your ceremony.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations for refund must be received before May 10, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Graduates are encouraged to pick up their academic dress the business day before their ceremony at the Gowns Room (with the exception of those attending the Faculty of Agriculture convocation, who should pick up their academic dress the morning before their ceremony). A friend or family member may pick up academic dress on your behalf.

Academic dress must be returned to the Gowns Room following their ceremony. Academic dress that is not returned by closing hours on the day of your ceremony must be shipped to Gaspard at the graduate's expense.
