| When placing your order on the ordering page, you can type "N/A" for all options that do not apply to you. As all the fields are mandatory something must be typed there – “N/A” will suffice. |

| First Name | This is the first name of the individual who will be wearing the regalia and will be sitting on the stage. Please do not include titles or credentials with your registration. Please only include your first name. |
| Last Name | This is the last name of the individual who will be wearing the regalia and will be sitting on the stage. |
| Please ensure that the e-mail address is correct as the e-mail confirmation – which includes instructions for the ceremony – will be sent there. | |
| Phone | Should there be an issue with the regalia, we require a phone number and extension to reach you. |

| Height | This is your height, without shoes. Please note that this year the gowns will be zippered and this information is used only to provide a gown that is comfortable. It is NOT stored in any database. |
| Weight | This is your weight. Please note that this year the gowns will be zippered and this information is used only to provide a gown that is comfortable. It is NOT stored in any database. |
| What ceremony are you attending first? | This is a drop down menu. You must select the first ceremony you wish to attend and click it. To add another ceremony, click “add another”, scroll down the drop-down menu and click the second ceremony you wish to attend. To add a third ceremony, simply follow the same procedure. |
| What degree do you hold? | You will need to select from a drop-down menu asking what type of regalia you will
require.
NOTE: If you have your own academic regalia, please indicate so in this field. |
| Discipline/Field of Study (i.e. Bachelor of Arts (BA)) | For example, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography, Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Master of Science in Administration, Doctorate of Philosophy in Art History, N/A, etc. |
| Pick your package | Depending on what you put in the “what degree do you hold” section, this will pre-populate
the drop-down. For example, if you selected “Bachelor”, the pick your package drop-down
will have three options:

| Institution Information (The institution you received your degree from) | The university name, city and province/state information are important, especially when you request a hood. Gaspard will endeavour to get the correct hood and gown from your university. |

• You will receive an email confirmation once your registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please do not call Concordia, see Contact Us tab for customer support information.
This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia, pick up, drop off, order number, and COVID-19 protocols.

The ceremonies will be taking place at Place des Arts, Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier.
Please use the artist’s entrance located at 260 De Maisonnueve Blvd. West (corner
of Jeanne-Mance) and proceed to the Concordia University Registration Desk. We ask
that you arrive sixty (60) minutes before the start of the ceremony in order to
have enough time to don your academic dress and be marshaled for the academic procession.
Platform Party members do not require tickets to access Place des Arts. Members
of the platform party will be required to sign-in at our Registration Table, located
just inside the artist’s entrance of Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier, the day of the event.
The use of public transit is highly recommended. Please note that due to construction, the tunnel leading from the Place des Arts metro station to Salle
Wilfrid Pelletier will be closed. Please use the Jeanne Mance and De Maisonneuve exit in the metro and proceed to 260 De Maisonneuve from the outdoors.
Parking around the Place des Arts area is extremely limited. For information regarding
parking at Place des Arts, please see placedesarts.com/en/plan-your-visit.
Water coolers will be available on-site so please do bring your refillable water
bottle.
Please note that Concordia may tape, film, webcast or broadcast the ceremony.
If you request a gown and/or hood, every effort will be made to provide you with
the proper regalia however, if a hood representing your university is not available
a substitution will be made. Academic dress will be available in the dressing rooms
at Place des Arts.
To avoid rental charges to Concordia University all cancellations must be received before November 20, 2023, by midnight 12:00 AM (Eastern Time).
