CFPC Virtual Convocation Celebration

Gown and hood rentals are not required for the virtual event, but are available for personal photos for this year’s recipients.

The celebration video will be accessible on November 13th at 4:00 p.m. E.T. through the FMF platform, and on YouTube for those who are not attending the conference.

The video link will be shared by email the week of the event.

Regalia Pricing Details

Rental Regalia ((Includes Black Gown and College of Family Physician Hood): $50.00 + Tax

Shipping and Handling Fee: $30.00 + Tax

Email Order Confirmation

You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete.

The first email will be from Gaspard. This contains your payment information.

The second email is from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.

Shipping Details

Shipping Time:

Orders are shipped within 5 business days and generally arrive within 7 and 14 days depending on your location.

Shipping cost is $30.00 + Tax (Includes return label) for packages with gown.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This shipping tracking link will also be displayed on your online order confirmation. You may find your online order confirmation link on your email order confirmation.

Rental Regalia Return Instructions

*Please return the rental gown and Hood by November 26. Rental Regalia not returned will incur additional charges to your credit or debit card account. Additional charges may include purchase price of Rental Gown and Rental Hood not returned (plus applicable taxes). Please note that these fees are in addition to the cost of rental and shipping you have already paid. You will be emailed a receipt of these charges when they occur.

Please return your rental regalia (gown/Hood) by November 26 to avoid these charges.

A prepaid Purolator label will be enclosed with your order.

When you are ready to return the items, simply package the items in a box and affix the Return Label securely to the package and drop it off at any Purolator location.

Please do not lose this label. This label is required to avoid additional shipping fee for your rental return.
