Location: Jack Singer Concert Hall (Founders Room), 225 8 Ave SE, Calgary AB T2G 0K9

For more than one ceremony, please book only the first one.

You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email Gaspard customer service. Details below.

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and cancellation information.

Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location

Faculty gown pick up is at TransAlta Hall:
• November 3 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 p.m.
• November 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Remaining gowns will be available in Founders Room one hour prior to each ceremony. Pinning will also take place at this time.

Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location

Please return your regalia after the ceremony in the Founders Room, inside Jack Singer Concert Hall.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received before October 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm (MST)
