Ordering Details

Regalia Prices

Online: $40.00 (tax included)

We will not be offering on site rentals.  Please complete your rental, and thus your Convocation registration, prior to the May 25, 2026 deadline to avoid missing out on your Convocation.

Visa debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment method. Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address (address line one and/or postal code).

Email Order Confirmation Details

Please have your credit card and student number on hand before beginning your registration.

You will receive two emails once you complete your order. Please only order once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details

1. The first will be from Gaspard and will contain payment information.

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This email confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your order.

Cancellations

All cancellations for refund must be received before THIS WEBSITE IS ON TEST/REVIEW MODE. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER! ANY ORDER RECEIVED DURING THIS TIME WILL BE CANCELLED AND DELETED!

Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location

Regalia will be distributed by Gaspard at Bow Valley College south campus room S2009 on:

June 12th from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
June 15th from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
June 16th from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

For confirmation purposes, we require graduates to collect their own regalia. We will not be allowing regalia release to anyone other than the graduate.

Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location

Gowns must be returned by 5:30 pm on June 18th. If not, learners will incur an additional fee.
