Ordering Details
Attention!
Please have your credit card, student ID, and your pre-assigned convocation date
and time on hand before beginning your reservation.
(Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit: AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers).
To start your rental please click on the blue "Order Here" button at the bottom of
the page.
Regalia Prices
Online rental fee is $52.00 – this includes the gown, cap and tassel. The cap and
tassel are yours to keep.
Email Order Confirmation Details
You will receive two emails once your rental is complete.
1. The first will be from Gaspard, this contains
payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will
show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name.
2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation
contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order
number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Cancellations
All cancellations for refund must be received before May 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
Regalia Pick-Up Instructions
Augustana's Spring Convocation will be Thursday June 4th 2026 @ 2:30 PM.
Regalia will be available for pick-up at the Augustana Faith & Life Bldg, Rm F 1-305, beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Regalia Drop-Off Instructions
Please return regalia to the Augustana Faith & Life Bldg, Rm F 1-305, immediately following the ceremony, the deadline to have apparel returned is 5:30 p.m.
