Welcome to the Acadia University hood and gown registration system. Please make sure you have your student ID on hand before beginning your registration.

Note: Before proceeding, you must know your pre-assigned convocation date and time.

Please use your university assigned e-mail. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your confirmation email if you use anything other than a valid Acadia University email address.

Online rental: $60.00 + tax
Onsite rental: $60.00 + tax

(Payment by Credit Card or Visa Debit) AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address for Credit Card customers.

You will receive two emails once your rental is complete

1. The first will be from Gaspard this contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this confirmation. The academic dress will be onsite in your name

2. The second will be from Build-A-Grad. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, order number and amount paid if applicable, cancellation and refund information.

Regalia can be collected at the Hall of Fame room in the Athletics Complex, two hours prior to your graduation ceremony.

Regalia can be dropped off immediately following your ceremony.

All cancellations for refund must be received before April 19, 2022 at 11:59 AST. Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
